Sara Elizabeth Freund Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Elizabeth Freund in Saint Francis, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kukla and Florence Kukla (Keelan); her husband Richard Freund (Dick); her sisters, Mary Anita (Kukla) and Rosemary (Kukla); and her sisters-in-law, Kathie Kukla (Mark) and Nancy Kukla (Mike).
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Kukla of Racine, WI, Michael Kukla of Columbus, OH and Mark Kukla of Sun City, AZ.; her children, Pam Prellwitz of Seattle, WA, Paul Prellwitz (Deb) of Fond du Lac, Julie Mich (Bill) of Fond du Lac, Jeff Prellwitz (Julie) of Dublin, CA and Greg Prellwitz (Cassie) of Weyauwega, WI; her stepsons, Steve Freund (Linda) of Fond du Lac and Doug Freund (Shay) of Fond du Lac; and her grandchildren, Hannah Prellwitz, Megan Prellwitz, Alyssa Biggs, McKayla Niederdorfer, Sean Niederdorfer, Tyler Prellwitz, Deven Prellwitz, Amy Kaiser (Freund), Chris Freund and Carly Freund.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home (524 N Park Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Vincent DePaul's.
