“Rita, I just tried to send a message to Norm on FB & saw his page was gone. I found information online that he & your son passed away. I am so sad to hear this, my thoughts & prayers are with you & your family. My husband, GySgt Ret USMC Lloyd Dashner, passed away on 12/22/2020 & I had contacted Norm to let him know. Lloyd considered Norm a best friend when they were kids & admired him immensely as an adult. I was glad to meet Norm when he came to California many years ago!”
