With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Wiedmeyer (Saint Francis, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 27, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Wiedmeyer; her son Richard Jr.; her sister Frieda Backhaus (Tootie); and her great grandchild Douglas Higgins. She is survived by: her children, Leo (Ruth), Shirley Ansay (Steve), Vernon Wiedmeyer (Jacquie), Gerri Literski (Brian), Marge Whitinger (Linn), Chris Wiest (Tim), Mary Neterval (Jeff) and Julia Wiedmeyer (Scott); her grandchildren, Brian Higgins, Sara Wiedmeyer, Amy Delaney (Kevin), Rebecca Stilp (Christian), Matthew Wiedmeyer (Lindy), Paul Wiedmeyer (Christina), Dana Rodriguez (Zeus), Michelle Michael, Andrew Wiest, Alex, Tito, Josie Perez, Riley Kluetzman, Willy, Kayla Avila, Ryan and Hayley Whitinger; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
She filled her time caring for others, volunteering at the Cedar Ridge resale shop, sewing and making lap quilts for charitable donation.
