She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine Thome and Marcella Thome (Koenigs); her husband Harvey Simon; her brothers, Ellsworth and Lyle Thome; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Thome, Barbara Thome and Joan Simon.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon, Jayne and Michael Simon (Tammy); her grandchildren, Brett (Keli), Benjamin, Nicole and Alexander Simon; her siblings, Roger Thome, Elmer Thome (Lorraine), Mary Gulig (Andrew), Joan Brenner (Ben), Marlys Thome (Lorenzo Fazio) and Val Thome (Sharon); and her siblings-in-law, Elmer, Dave Simon (Kathy) and Joanne Thome. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Louann's name to the Malone Area Hertiage Museum or SSM Health at Home Hospice.
