She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman and Leone. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Jared of Cedarburg and Lauren of Cedarburg; and her brother Roman "Jerry" Omernick (Kris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
