He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Keane and Catherine Keane; and his brother-in-law Harold C. "Butch" Smoger. He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Smoger; his sons, Raymond Sandmire (Susan) of Watertown, WI and Michael A. Sandmire (Patty) of Smyrna, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Keitel (Dennis) of Kenosha, Nancy Smoger of Kenosha and David Smoger of Kenosha. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
