He is survived by: his children, Cathy Girgen (Roger), Scott (Ronda), Joe (Jamie) and Teresa Fredericks (Gerald Wood); his grandchildren, Anthony (Sabrina), Lea, Nicole, Amanda Fredericks, Nick and Christina Girgen; and his great grandchildren, Layne and Riley Fredericks (Carol Medchill). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
