He was predeceased by: his father Robert Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Bushweiler; his stepfather Jeff Anderson; his sons, Ira and Alan Johnson; his sister Kanessa Nelson (Taylor); his niece Mayzrhea Nelson; his uncle Craig Bushweiler (Julie); his aunts, Wendy Bryant and Melissa Raymond; his great-uncle Dennis Cordes; and his great-aunt Annette Cordes. He is also survived by many cousins, other family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to his children.
