John is survived by his daughter, Lacey (Adam) Nelson; grandchildren, Dominic and Phoenix Nelson and Emily Green; great-granddaughter, Everley Green; brother, Michael (Bea) Nelson and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
John is preceded in death by his parents Emil and Jennie Nelson.
