He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lee and Margaret Johnson; and his siblings, Richard, Donald, Gerald, Norman, Evelyn (Jean) and Doris.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Moore; his granddaughter Kallie; his children, Sherry Andersen (Stacy) of Amery, WI, Thomas of Amery, WI, Tony of Cushing, WI and Russell (Liz) of St. Croix Falls; his grandchildren, Casey, Cole and Steven; his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Adeline; his sister Geraldine Kelch (Russell); and his pets, Cooper and Bruno. He is also survived by brother/sister-in-law's, nieces, nephews, friends.
