He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephanie and Frances Stephanie (Kraus); his wife Loretta Schoenborn; his sister Rosie Schwanke (Orville); his son-in-law George Gerner; his brother-in-law Elmer Schoenborn (Val); and his parents-in-law, Michael and Clara Schoenborn.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel Stephanie (Linda), Kathy Gerner, Sandy Toney (Michael), Cindy Muellenbach (Roger), Barb Schwind (Dan), Lynn Dee (Tom) and Doug Stephanie (Michelle); and his brother Ambrose Stephanie (Rosie). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
