He is survived by: his mother Judith Puetz (Thielmann); his close friend Dan; his wife Traci; his children, Adam Puetz (Ashley), Stephanie Springborn (Robby) and Ryan Puetz (Courtney); his grandsons, Briar, Walker, Mason, Jack, Wyatt and Everett; his siblings, Jeff Puetz (Andrea), Tim Puetz (Lori), Anne Franzke, Dori Lefeber (Scott), Josh Puetz and Nathaniel Puetz (Jessica); and his sisters-in-law, Terri Goeser and Tammi Lefeber (Dan). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
