He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Milkey and Mary Milkey (Hendricks); and his siblings, Ferd, Thomas, Jim, John, Marion, Dorothy, Ann and Rita.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Beck; his children, Robert Milkey, Joseph Milkey, Christopher Milkey (Karen), Gina Thomas (Gary), Kathleen Frame (Phil) and Mary Clark; and his sister Joan Lehman (Elmer). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
