She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gumz and Olga Gumz (Stauffer); her husband Anthony "Tony" Sazama; her brother Vilas Gumz; and her brothers-in-law, Bud O'Shasky and Gene Bier.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven "Steve" Sazama (Lynelle) of Rapid City, SD, Brian Sazama (Colleen) of Wisconsin Rapids, WI and Dr. Robert "Rob" Sazama (Mari) of Queen Creek, AZ; her grandchildren, Kaden, Corinne and Reese; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Naeomie and Donovan; and her siblings, Janet O'Shasky, Norman Gumz (Kathy), Delores Bier, Lloyd Gumz, Lyle Gumz (Jacquie), Alvin Gumz (Mary Lou), Evelyn Gumz and Ellen Bates (Matthew). She is also survived by her boys and her grandchildren.
