She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Heller and Margaret Heller (Nolan); her daughter Judith McGrath; her grandson Joshua McGrath; her parents-in-law, James McCaffrey and Catherine McCaffrey; and her brother-in-law Bob Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband John P McGrath Sr. (Church); her children, John P. McGrath Jr. (Sandy), Carolyn A. McGrath (Ron) and James "Jimmy" McGrath (Renee); her grandchildren, Yvonne Hermann (Casey), Junior Hermann (Cara), Johnny McGrath III, Casey Domine (Adam), Shawn McGrath (Jazmin), Samantha McKinney (Sam), Nathan McGrath and Brooke McGrath; her great grandchildren, Chase, Aubrey, Avery, Audrina, Arya, Stella, Emma, Dayton, Amelia, Kaiden and Archie; and her sister Jean Thompson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
