She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Shasky and Carrie O'Shasky (Konkol); her husband Marvin P. Bushmaker; and her siblings, Valerian O'Shasky, Janet Rybicki and LaVerne Blazel.

She is survived by: her children, Zachary Bushmaker (Barbara), Cheryl Bushmaker, Stacey Cady (Steve), Guy Bushmaker and Tammi Bushmaker. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
