She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjean M. Kleb and Harry D. Kleb; her husband Chuck; her sisters, Fawn Kleb and Kamille Waltenburg; her nieces and nephews, Aric Nehls, Josh Breitkreutz, AreLeah Waltenberg and Rochelle Kleb; and her father-in-law Edward Grudzinski.
She is survived by: her daughter Kendra; her grandchildren, Deidra Livingston, Aaliyah Kleb (Jaylen Alexander) and LeeAnna Ward; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter and Harper; her siblings, Karie Roethke (Eric Norton) of Neosho, Keith Kleb of Hustisford and Linda Grady of Milwaukee; her nieces and nephews, Austin Nehls, Madeline Roethke, Raeann, Gage Rivera-Kleb, Chaz Goheen and Rayce Waltenberg; her mother-in-law Carolyn Grudzinski of Hartford; and her siblings-in-law, Steven Grudzinski (Jodi Starks) of Slinger and Kristin Chronister (Dan Sr.) of Rhinelander. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, other loved relatives and great friends.
Please note the Wisconsin Nurses Honor Guard will be present at 4:30pm to perform a ceremonial tribute to honor Kathy for her dedication and contributions to the nursing profession.**After a heart transplant was needed for Kathy's grandson, she felt passionately in donation and the desire to help others if able, especially children.
