It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanine Rosalyn Schauer of Rubicon, Wisconsin, born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leair and Mildred Leair (Stigler); her siblings, Francine Leair, Kathleen Heuser and William Leair; her great grandchild Carolyn Moeller; her parents-in-law, Hilmer and Helen Schauer; and her siblings-in-law, George Schauer (Sandie) and Joyce Williams (Burt).
She is survived by: her husband John Schauer of John's Catholic Church; her children, Judith Berkley (Tim), Rita Detwiler (Gregg), Cora Doubleday (Tom) and Scott Schauer (Brenda); her grandchildren, Laurelin Moeller (Jesse), Russell Berkley, Janae Detwiler-Michelson (Jordan), Bradon Detwiler (Cokey Cohen), Cherise Detwiler, Ian Doubleday (Megan), Emma Doubleday, Garrett Doubleday and Samantha Schauer (Mike Kreckel); her great grandchildren, Soren Detwiler-Michelson, Grant Doubleday and Calvin Moeller; and her siblings, Ramona Petry (Paul), Daniel Leair, Georgia Smedema (Mark), Tim Leair, Laura Leair, Paul Leair (Joann), Deb Leair, Jerry Leair (Karen), Mary Johnson and Chris Leair.
