He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Green; his parents, Mickey Green and Katie Green; and his sister-in-law Karen Green. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry and Jared Green; his nephews, Todd Green (Robbi) and Michael Green (Donna); and his niece Kelli Sumwalt (Orrin).
