He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Smith and Regina Smith (Butler); his sister Wendy; and his uncle Vincent Butler. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Coenen (Luke) of Hatley, WI, Stephanie Mille (Michael) of Appleton, WI and Jennifer Nelson (Mark) of Appleton, WI.; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Vincent, Kate Coenen, Allison, Michael Mille, Garrett, Natalie Fisher, Clayton, Cohen, Dylan and Aaron Nelson.
