Louie W Chack Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louie W Chack (Rothschild, Wisconsin), born in Wausau, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 22, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chack and Johanna Chack (Myska). He is survived by: his wife Delores Chack; his children, Cliff Chack (Linda), Weston, Kathy Kurth (Tim) and Teri Meissen (Brad); and his siblings, Tony Check (Loretta), Marion Bricco and Emma Davidowski. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
