She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Spindler and Florence Spindler (Kort); her husband Donald E. Borchardt; her sister Jeanette Kearns; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Spindler, Roy Dean and Jack Kearns.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Borchardt (Linda), Alan Borchardt (Tracy), Jerry Borchardt (Wendy), Steve Borchardt (Diane), Kronenwetter, Lynn Borchardt, Michael Borchardt and Madison; her brother Wayne Spindler; her brothers-in-law, Arthur Borchardt Jr. (Diana), Ken Borchardt (Marie) and Jack Borchardt; and her friend Mavis Flegle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Peace United Church of Christ, or St. Jude's Cancer Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
