It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick R. Lehrke of Rothschild, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Lehrke and Dorothy Lehrke (Worthman); his brother Roderick; and his sister-in-law Linda. He is survived by: his wife Sally (Ranger); and his children, Gretchen Wetzel (Tom) of Adams, WI, Heidi Bukowski (Mark) of Milwaukee, WI, Jennifer Lehrke (Peters) of Wausau, WI, Eric Lehrke of Wausau, WI and Fritz Lehrke (Carolyn) of Wausau, WI.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials to a scholarship fund in Fred's name for D.C. Everest High School.
