He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kosmalski and Stella Kosmalski (Gavinski); his wife Virginia Dombrowski; his daughter Dorothy Cychosz; and his sons-in-law, Dennis Kostuch and John Cychosz.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Kostuch, Mary Wiza (Leroy), Jean Kosmalski, Nancy Osowski (Rick), Susie Kurszewski (Frank), Michael Kosmalski (Alanna), Patrick Kosmalski (Cindy), Larry Kosmalski (Ludy) and Dennis Kosmalski (Laurie); and his sister Belvina.
