He is survived by: his wife Mary Woitczak; his daughters, Debra Cook (John) and Julie Roeming (Mike); his granddaughters, Amanda (Josh) and Jessica Roeming (Matt); his siblings, Rosa Diaz, Johnny (Patricia), Lynn Cook, Mary Spencer and Shirley Maxey; and his sister-in-law Dolores Cook.
