It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jean Cecil (Rosholt, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Andrews and Margaret Andrews (Gilchrist). She is survived by: her husband Anthony Cecil of Rosholt, WI; her children, Stephen and Sarah Cecil; and her granddaughter Erica Jean Cecil. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
