Patrick Cibik; her daughters, Kara Boghossian (Garo) and Kelly Forstner (Adam); her stepchildren, Vincent Jordan Cibik and Jenna Wacek (Luke); her grandchildren, Nora, Gavin Boghossian, Griffin, Myla Forstner, Henry and Etta Wacek; and her brother Larry Wendt (Patricia). She is also survived by nieces; nephews; many other family members and friends.
