He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Teichmiller of Paul's Cathedral; his son Christopher (Kelly Jo); his grandchildren, Nicholas Duesterbeck (Amber), Gabriel Moore (Megan), Abigail Moore and Matthew Moore; his sisters, Cathy Gogin (Glenn) and Mary Passalacqua (Joe); and his sister-in-law Nancy Moore.
