He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Callen. He is survived by: his sons, David Callen (Anna) of Seattle, WA and John; his mother Marilyn Callen of Ripon, WI; and his siblings, Laurie Will of Green Lake, WI, Jody Thiel (Curt) of Oshkosh, WI, Dan Callen (Cathy Waldock) of Owatonna, MN and James Callen of Portage, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in Michael's name.
