He was predeceased by: his parents, David Crook and Catherine Crook (Roberts); his parents-in-law, George and Ida Birschbach (Kohlmann); his siblings, Mae Giffey (Lyle), Roy Crook, Donald Crook (Ruth) and Thomas Crook; and his siblings-in-law, Elwyn Hopkins, Donald Miles, Alice Enders (Ralph) and Marian Riese (Donald).
He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Crook (Birschbach); his children, Duane Crook (Tamara) of Fond and Pamela Behnke (Lac) of Fond; his grandchildren, Andrew Behnke (Lac) of Fond and Priscilla Crook; his siblings, Marjorie Hopkins of Randolph and Arthur Crook (Ruby) of Oshkosh; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Crook of Markesan and Virginia Miles of Ripon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
