It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Roselyn (Moe) Urban of Rockland, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Moe and Eleanor Moe (Casberg); her husband Verlan D. Urban; her parents-in-law, Ed and Tillie Urban; her brothers, Arthur, Homer, Aldin and Clayton; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Urban, Jan Moe, Leatrice Moe, Donald Cassel, Harlan Urban and Herbert Sosinsky.
She is survived by: her sons, Darrell (Lisa) of La Crosse, Doug (Jackie) of Rockland and Brendon of Mount Holly, N. C.; her grandchildren, Jordan and Hayden; her siblings, Gloria Cassel, Mollie Haskell (Doug), Burton and Hjal Jonsen; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Moe, Joanne Moe, Marvalene Sosinsky and Vernetta Moe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
