With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Ikert (Rockland, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 16, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Ikert and Jennie Ikert (Neuverth); his wife Arlene; his son Edward II (Rosalie); and his siblings, Adolph, Eugene, Katherine and LaVerna.
He is survived by: his children, Stephen Ikert, Sheryl Smith (Roger), Robbyn Hatz (Dennis), Jeffrey Ikert (Lynette) and Thomas Ikert (Brian Schewe); his grandchildren, Michael Smith, Melissa Clarke (Steve), Benjamin Hatz (Brenda), Jennifer Svestka (Brian), Justin Ikert (Jamie), Nicholas Ikert (Gayle), Edward III Ikert (Kristin), Jordan Ikert (Desiree) and Shane Ikert (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Willaim, Bentley, Caydence Svestka, Caiden, Charlotte, Chase, Eleanor, Kellen, Addilynn, Emerson and Emma Ikert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends.
