He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Dorothy Kathleen Lawson; his son David Daniel Lawson II; his brother Jonathan; and his grandparents, Franklin, Emma Walker, Charles Honce and Flora Gertrude Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Ann Lawson of Rockland; his children, Davina Faith Fingerson (Keith) of Milwaukee, Danielle Margarete Lawrence (Andrew) of Columbus, Desiree Lynn Parker of Sparta and Marlana Ann Parker of Bangor; his daughter-in-law Jill Lawson Ahrens (Rob) of Eastman; his grandchildren, Charles Lamont Lawson of Berrien Springs, Benjamin David Lawson (Jessica) of Berrien Springs, Hannah Kathleen Fingerson of Milwaukee, Rebekah Ann Fingerson of Milwaukee and Reagen Lana Welch of Sparta; his sisters, Mary Ruth Halversen (Richard) of Vero Beach and Deborah Ann Fulford (Gene) of Moore Haven; and his sister-in-law Pamela Lawson of Roanoke. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and extended family and friends.
