He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Stoeckmann and Ida Stoeckmann (Rohde); and his friend Joyce Knutson. He is survived by: his children, William Carl Stoeckmann (Alison) of Keystone, Diane Margarethe Stoeckmann (Mike) of Rock Springs and Susanne Margarethe Stoeckmann (Mike) of Butte, Montana.; his grandchildren, Eric M. Chalmers, Ashley L. Meunier (Eric), Catherine M. Clague, Laura M. Clague, CJ Stoeckmann and Alex Stoeckmann; his great grandchildren, Harvey and Cameron Meunier; his nephew Kirk Hillman (Anita); and his great-niece Lauren Hillman.
