He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Gould and Lucile Gould (Couteure); his sister Francine; and his son-in-law Rick Burnette. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Paula Patrice Schmitz (LeRoy), Ellen Francine Burnette, Laura Bates (Brian) and John Edward Gould; his grandchildren, Benjamin Bates, Andrew Bates, Erica Pfafflin, Jessica Spitzer and Colton Gould; his great grandchild Lydia Spitzer; and his sister-in-law Dorie Quist. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in John's name.
