He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence D. Kissack and Dollie E. Kissack (Smith); his wife Arlene A. Krueger; and his siblings, Raymond Kissack, Alberta Petranek and Larry Kissack.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Kissack (Cindy) of Rock Springs, Vicki Kissack of Rock Springs, Rae Jean Hartzell (Steven) of Rock Springs and Brenda Frye (Craig Langbehn) of Mazeppa, MN; his grandchildren, Quincy, Emily Kissack, Ryann Hartzell, Jamie Kissack, Bailey Kissack, Andrew Hartzell, Gabriel Langbehn and Garret Langbehn; his brother Claron "Bud"; his sister-in-law Joan Kissack; and his close friend Judy Hackett of Baraboo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends.
