Fellion of Rochester, Wisconsin, born in Racine, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Roland Fellion and Mabel Fellion; and his former life partner Susan Fellion. He is survived by : his wife Pam; his children, Scott Fellion and Kimberly Heideman (Steve); his brother Richard Fellion (Barbara); his brother-in-law John Dirkintis (Sandy); and his granddaughters, Melinda (Dwight), Jessica (Jeff), Stephanie Daniel (Rey) and Katie (Brandon). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
