He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Fellion and Mabel Fellion; and his former wife Susan Fellion. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Scott Fellion and Kimberly Heideman (Steve); his brother Richard Fellion (Barbara); his brother-in-law John Dirkintis (Sandy); and his granddaughters, Melinda (Dwight), Jessica (Jeff), Stephanie Daniel (Rey) and Katie (Brandon). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
