He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Phillips of Portage, WI. and Sandra Edwards of Baraboo, WI.; his nephews, David Tofson (Jay) of Culver, IN., Robert Edwards (Tammi) of Kawkauna, WI. and Daniel Edwards (Kathy) of Raleigh, NC.; and his close friend Scott Miller.
