It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edwin Gerber of Rochester, Wisconsin, born in Racine, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Gerber and Betty Gerber; his sister Cynthia Mueller; and his in-laws, Wally and Kay Maas.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Kristy Boyle (James), Melissa Gerber (Vince Trier) and Sarah Gerber; his siblings, Cara Rogers (Mark), Mary Heinen (Kit) and Mark Gerber; his grandchildren, Abygail Boyle, McKayla Boyle, Emily Boyle, Ivy Gerber, Paige Brest, Alexander Behnke and Robert Behnke; his caregivers, JoAnn, Audrey and Dr. John Woolever; and also Bob. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, cousins and very close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (305 S 1st St, Waterford, WI 53185). A Mass was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial in Robert's name to St. Thomas Aquinas, Waterford, Heartland Hospice, or the American Stroke Association, Mealy-Stencel Funeral Home is proudly serving the Gerber family.
