It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Garstecki (Rochester, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 27, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John; her children, Linda and David; her siblings, Jim Plucker, Bill Plucker and Martha Leonard; and her sister-in-law Bette Plucker.
She is survived by: her children, Juel Liebke (Robert) of Waterford, Michael (Friend Sheryl) of Union Grove and Paul of Waterford; her daughter-in-law Jena Garstecki of Tucson; her sisters-in-law, Midge Garstecki of Green Bay and Betty Plucker of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Heidi, Ryan (Stacey), Jenna, Taylor, Colin and Terra; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Lily and Shaun; and her great great grandchildren, Twins Blake and Presley.
