He is survived by : his mother Eunice Chart; his wife JoAnn Maas; his children, Mary Jo Jaskie (Adam), Mandy Effinger (Nathan), Aaron Chart (Andrea) and Devin Chart (Michelle); and his siblings, Gary Chart (Tammy), John Chart (Korina), Marc Chart (Tammy), Jacki Ahlers (Nick), Ron Chart (Cyndie) and Joanie (Howard). He is also survived by 10 beautiful grandchildren.
