It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleo Isabelle Frye R. N. of Rochester, Wisconsin, born in Plum City, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Nelson and Hannah Nelson; her son Richard Frye; and her siblings, Darlene Toon (George), Gerald and Allen Nelson.

She is survived by: her husband Lloyd R. Frye; her children, Ray Frye (Cheryll), Susan Wieland (Charles), Robert Frye (Irena) and Roger Frye (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Abigail, Aaron, Rachel Frye, Anthony and Brandon Wieland; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Nelson and Mary Jane Nelson. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of floral expressions of sympathy, Cleo's family suggests memorials to the "Richard Frye Scholarship Fund.".
