It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Johnson of Roberts, Wisconsin, born in River Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Burdick and Helen Burdick (Larson). She is survived by: her husband Duayne "Tuffy" Johnson (Duayne); her children, Angie Johnson and Nate Hunter (Rachel); her stepchildren, Tara Hakes (Mike) and Travis Johnson (Olivia); her grandchildren, Tyler White (Paige), Calleigh Johnson (Ethan), Brittani Hunter (Luke), Renee Lee (Joe), Jesse Hakes (Rosa), Cody Hakes (Cheli) and Laura Hoffman (Andy); her siblings, Sharon "Shari" Larson and Gary Johnson (LuAnn); and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Young (Bud) and Lois Strehlo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
