He is survived by: his children, Patty Johnson of Roberts, Richard Kuebker (Rosemarie) of Hammond and Nancy Gavin (Daniel) of Hudson; his grandchildren, James Gavin, Kealy White (Steve), Nick Johnson (Julie Bugg), Deidre Johnson, Ryan Kuebker, Rana Kuebker and Resa Meagher (Rob); his great grandchildren, Chantelle, Valeri, Kole, Fiona, Aiden and Mason; and his sister Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
