She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Karnick and Anna Karnick; her husband Vern "Bud" Liddle; her sons, Paul, Bruce "Fuzzy" and Jerry; and her great grandchild Kenzi.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Danielson (Deed), Billy Liddle (Penny), Sandy Lubich (Paul), Suzy Nilssen (Brent Weiss) and Butch Liddle (Kelly); and her sisters, Mary Jean and Marge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Due to the ongoing pandemic a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Viola's family at St Bridget's Catholic Church in River Falls.
