He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Delbert and Loretta Marie; his wife Betsy Kusilek; his brother Gerald Kusilek (Bonnie); his brother-in-law Lawrence Johnson; and his grandson TJ Williamson.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Kusilek (Ellen), Amy Cowles (Mike), Thomas Kusilek (Kim), Jonathon Kusilek and Teri Williamson (Timothy); his grandchildren, Daniell Kusilek, Ryan Kusilek (Mackenzie Vaclav), Miranda Green (Nate), Casey Kusilek (Alyssa), Carter Kusilek, Payten Kusilek, Cooper Cowles, Etta Cowles, Sullivan Cowles, Seth Williamson and Sarah Johnson (Braden); and his siblings, Norman Kusilek (Natalie), Doris Trebus (Dave), Diane Johnson and Marilyn Maier (Jerome). He is also survived by two sisters-in-law; and many other relatives and friends.
