He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hultberg and Bonnie Hultberg (Thompson); his siblings, Ronald Hultberg (Carol) and Donna Luebeck (Herb); his nephew Paul Hultberg; and his niece Kim Glasscock.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Berg; his children, Christopher Hultberg of Seattle and Annalisa Hultberg of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Harriet Jane and Thomas Houghton Love; his brother Kenneth Hultberg (Anne) of Marietta, Georgia; and his sister-in-law Carol Hultberg of Cashton, Wisconsin.
Memorials are preferred to the Parkinson's Foundation and Adoray Hospice Services.
