She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Swanson (Carey); and her siblings, Sharon Stedman and Gary Swanson. She is survived by: her husband Larry Borgerson of River Falls; her children, Kelly Vitas (Mark) of Milwaukee, Jenny Borgerson-Ries (Patrick) of Hastings and Brian Borgerson (Kimberly) of River Falls; her grandchildren, Sophia, Mira, Colton, Carly, Cason, Gavin and Beckem; her sisters, Norma Anderson of St. Paul and Nancy Castillo (Ralph) of St. Paul; and her sister-in-law Alberta Swanson of Forest Lake.

Memorials are preferred to St Croix Hospice.
