She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Young and Grace Young (Oppert); and her husband Jim. She is survived by: her sisters, Emily Young and Edna Ahlers (Errol); her nieces and nephews, Erich Ahlers (Melisa), Elroy Ahlers (Rhea), Eileen Ahlers and Ellen Mann (Brit); her great-nephew Elijah; and her great-nieces, Meredith, Ella, Lydia, Ottilia, Flora and Rutledge.

The family requests, In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be given to Journey Church of RIver Falls.
