Richard Swan Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2023, at the age of 78, Richard Swan (River Falls, Wisconsin), born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Swan (Art) and Vivian Swan (Frisbie); and his sisters, Virginia Carpenter and Margery Haas (Ronald). He is survived by: his wife Joyce Starkey of Ellsworth; his children, Timothy of Hutchinson, MN, Jodi Chumas (Zach) of Eau Claire, WI, Rebecca Nance (Josh) of Granby, CO and Taryl Graetz (Trevor) of River Falls, WI; his grandchildren, Sam, Harry, Theo, Gus, Athena Chumas, Jack, Josie Nance, Maya and Hank Graetz; his brother Jim (Patti Cornelier) of Eau Claire; and his brother-in-law Dale Carpenter of Shorewood, MN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Memorials are preferred to Shriner's Children's Twin Cities, or Adoray Home Health and Hospice.
